Poster Session Set-up

  • Poster set-up: Thursday, June 19, 4:30-5:30pm in Salon 3
  • Your assigned poster number will be listed in the printed program booklet
  • Poster boards are 48" in length and 36" in height - pushpins are provided
  • Posters must be removed by 9:30pm

We strongly recommend printing out a copy of this form before pressing the submit button so that you have a record of your exact poster title, etc.
